You have the right to request the deletion of your HappyTask account, along with all associated personal data.

To request deletion of your account and data, please email us at support@happytask.com from the email address associated with your HappyTask account.

 

In your message, please state that you wish to delete your account. We will process your request within 7 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

1. Your account information, including your name, email address, phone number, and physical address
   
2. Profile and account details
   
3. Uploaded images and documents
   
4. Customer support messages
   

What Data May Be Retained and Why?

Some data, such as payment and transaction records, may be retained as required by law for purposes like accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

This retained information is securely stored and is deleted after the legally required retention period (for example: up to 7 years).

How Long Will It Take?

We will process your account and data deletion request within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
