Your watering group sets your days. In spring and fall you water three days a week, and in winter one day a week. In summer, no sprinklers from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Never run sprinklers on a Sunday.

Watering rules by season

Three days a week in spring and fall, and one day a week in winter. In summer, no sprinklers from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. No sprinklers on Sunday at any time of year.

    One day a week, on your group's day. No sprinklers on Sunday.

Do Henderson, North Las Vegas and Boulder City have the same schedule?

Yes, they use the same seasons as Las Vegas. Each city has its own group map, so look up your address to find your days.

How do I water the smart way?

Set your clock each season, run drip less, and keep water off the street.

  1. Set your sprinkler clock again when a new season starts.

  2. Drip lines need less. Run drip no more than three days a week in summer.

  3. You may water by hand with a hose on any day.

  4. Water on the wrong day, or water that runs into the street, can cost you a fee.

Can someone help with my yard?

Yes. Some HappyTaskers do yard work, like pulling weeds or hauling yard waste. Ask before you book.
